Farmers Branch citizens are asking the city to regulate house color

Some citizens of Farmers Branch don't like the color of their neighbor's doors, shutters and trim, and they want the city to do something about it. While regulating house color is a common practice for homeowners associations, it has yet to be a enforced by a Texas city.
