The man was originally arrested for attempted murder back in March, but a jury indicted the 44-year-old on aggravated assault. He had since been spending his time in custody in the Collin County Jail. When a guard noticed fog at the man's jail door, the guard entered to find him on the shower floor with a television cord around his neck, the other end tied to a shower head. Investigators are looking into the incident. The man's name will not be released until his family has been notified.
