Farmers Branch liable to be sued, says state appeals court
The lawsuit brought against the city of Farmers Branch by Guillermo Ramos was validated by a state appeals court, clearing the way for the case to move forward.
One result could be that documents from the closed door session in which city councilpersons debated (and ultimately enstated) measures to ban Farmers Branch apartment owners from renting to illegal immigrants might soon be made public.
Just in time for Halloween.
