Homecoming parade to block off U.S. 377 during peak hours
U.S. 377 (Denton Highway) will be blocked off by Haltom High School's homecoming parade Thursday. The highway will be blocked off at Broadway Avenue between 6 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. for who knows how long. If this falls on your route, resist the urge to ram into marching band members and find an alternate route.

Matt Anderson says:
377 really isn't much of a "highway" at that point in Haltom City. This is closer to, for example, closing down Hillcrest at Lovers for a couple hours for a parade. It'll inconvenience some people, sure, but it's not like they're closing an actual freeway.
