SMU men’s soccer now ranked sixth in nation
After going on the road and shutting out Marshall, 3-0, on its home field Saturday night, the SMU men's soccer team has jumped up to the No. 6 spot in the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA)/adidas poll.
The Mustangs, who have won their last three games and five of their last six, also maintained the top spot in the NSCAA/adidas Midwest Region rankings.
The Ponies will put their streak on the line with a pair of home games this week - a Wednesday night in a 7 p.m. home game against the UAB Blazers, and a 1 p.m. game Sunday against Florida International.
