— It appears that TCU football player Walter Bryant, 21, has been suspended by the team a week after getting arrested for assaulting his wife.

While the player was arrested last week, he was somehow not suspended right away, and was able to play in TCU's stunning 38-36 win over Stanford before coach Gary Patterson laid down the proverbial law.
