Artisan Center Theater is co-producing their next show, It's a Wonderful Life: The Live Radio Play, with Texas Wesleyan University's Theatre Department. The show will run from October 19-November 10 at the Artisan Center Theater. Showtimes are 7:30 p.m. on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, with 3:00 p.m. matinees on October 27, November 3 and 10.
They will be presenting the famous Frank Capra movie brought to the stage in the form of a live radio play. All the characters that make this an annual holiday ritual are here to tell the beloved story of George Bailey and family, and how George helps angel Clarence Oddbody to get his wings! The show is adapted by Connie Whitt-Lambert, Department of Theater at Texas Wesleyan, from the story by Phillip Van Doren Stern.
