Irving voters approve two props
IRVING Irving voters approved a quarter-billion dollars in school bonds to build and maintain schools and other facilities, invest in new technology, and enhance security.
Two-to-one, Irving residents also approved approved taxes on users of the Irving Convention Center and taxes on Irving hotel guests.
