Creepy old guy living with oblivious grandma sexually assaults her 4-year-old grandson

DALLAS — Raymond Dale Harrison, 48, was charged with sexually assaulting a 4-year-old boy. Police found him passed out in an abandoned concrete pipe where homeless people congregate, with the boy next to him; the boy said he'd been sexually assaulted. Gross.

It turns out the guy was living with the boy's grandmother; that the grandmother gave the guy permission to take the boy to the store; and that it took witnesses to call the police and report Harrison looking drunk and walking the boy towards a wooded area near Military Parkway in Dallas way east of downtown and south of I-30. The kid was found wandering around the area at 1 a.m.

Not sure which is worse: the mother who said she'd left her kid with the grandmother, or the grandma, who obviously needs a new pair of glasses to help her see the obvious.

Harrison's in jail with bail set at $200,000.
