UNT wasn't the first team to find trouble in Troy

The North Texas Mean Green was on the painful side of a 45-7 butt-whuppin' Saturday afternoon, dropping a huge load of incompetence on the field and dropping to 1-6 on the season. UNT couldn't mount much of anything all day against Troy, who dominated every aspect of the game.

UNT quarterback Giovanni Vizza was his team's only offensive weapon all day, going 22-for-37 for 172 yards, one touchdown and one interception. Vizza also had 24 carries for 5 yards, sacks included. As a team, UNT carried the ball just 35 times for 26 yards, a paltry 0.7 yard average.
