— A pilot program, being collaborated by the University of North Texas and the Grapevine Rotary Club, for earning a bachelor’s degree to the tune of $6,000 in scholarships for 14 prospective students will soon exist.

UNT President Gretchen M. Bataille will sign an agreement with the Grapevine Rotary Club during the club’s weekly luncheon meeting Wednesday, Oct. 24.

The first group of students eligible for the program will be selected in spring 2008 for entry into college in the summer or fall of 2008.
