Dallas-based Peerless Mfg. Co. wins two contracts worth $2.8 million

Peerless Mfg. Co. today announced that it was awarded two independent contracts with a combined value of approximately $2.8 million to design and supply separation and filtration equipment to customers located in the United States. Peerless will provide pipeline equipment for a large gas storage project along the Texas Gulf Coast and equipment to supplement a compressor station in West Virginia.

All of the equipment is scheduled for delivery during the second and third quarters of fiscal year 2008.

Peter J. Burlage, Chief Executive Officer of the company, stated, "We continue to see an increase in business opportunities for separation and filtration equipment around the world as the natural gas industry continues to expand its pipeline infrastructure to meet the increasing demands for natural gas. We are pleased to have been awarded these important projects and look forward to their successful completion and timely delivery to our customers."

Peerless Mfg. Co. is engaged in the business of designing, engineering, manufacturing and selling highly specialized products used for the abatement of air pollution and products for the separation and filtration of contaminants from gases and liquids.
