Among the 15 designers who will appear on the upcoming season 4 of Bravo's Project Runway, two are from Dallas. The season premieres on November 14 at 9 p.m.
One, Elisa Jimenez, 42, lives in New Mexico now; but she graduated from Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts, and went to UT Austin. The other, who on the show calls himself Marion Lee but is better known around here as Jeffrey Lee, co-owns Urban Flower Grange Hall, a gift/flower/furniture store in Travis Walk and has created custom clothes (I know someone who once bought a dress he made).
It's interesting that this story -- written in December 2005 -- has him at 38 years old. And yet his current bio posted on the Bravo Web site has him at 39. So in the past 2 years, he's managed to age only one year. How do you suppose that works?

Beer Tasting at Kindred Spirits "He must have been an admiral, a sultan, or a king, and to his praises we shall always sing. Look what he has done for us, he's filled us up with cheer! Lord bless Charlie Mops, the man who invented beer, beer, beer, tiddly beer, beer, beer..." I have my beer drinking song ready. Do you? More info
