Texas Wesleyan men’s soccer place seven on all-conference teams
The Red River Athletic Conference has released its men’s soccer All-Conference selections. Seven Rams were among those honored including five on the 1st-team.
Senior midfielders Eddie Hernandez and Seth Mullins as well as senior defender Ekene Onuaho, freshman forward Theo Nabassi, and sophomore goalkeeper Joakim Soderbaum were all named to the 1st-team.
Mullins leads the conference with seven assists. Soderbaum leads the conference with a 1.64 goals against average and 72 saves.
Freshman forward Leo Cubilo and sophomore defender Jorge Pineda were named to the 2nd-team.
The Rams are hosting the RRAC Tournament, which begins on Thursday, October 25. As the second seed, Texas Wesleyan has a bye through the first round and will take on the highest remaining seed at 2:00 p.m. on Friday.
