Old 97’s debut new song; Vintage KCRW performance available
Preview the new stuff while savoring the old.
DALLAS Last weekend at the Carter Albrecht memorial gig, the Old 97's debuted a new song from their upcoming album -- which they're currently recording at Pleasantry Lane Studios with Salim Nourallah.
Old 97’s: “Dance with Me” (???)
Also, one of my favorite music blogs has just posted a vintage KCRW performance/interview, circa Wreck Your Life. Like when Ryan Adams was the leader of a new band called Whiskeytown and "wouldn't live to see 28."
Good times.
