Sleeping Duncanville teen shot, killed in drive-by

Christian Vega, 17, of Duncanville was sleeping at a friend's house when he was shot and killed early Monday morning. Police are reporting that a vehicle drove by the home in the 1100 block of South Marlborough Drive in Oak Cliff and opened fire around 1:30 a.m. Vega, along with several others, were present in the house, but only he was struck by any bullets. It does not appear that he was the intended target of the gunfire.

Ahh, thank you, David. What I meant was that the teen was from Duncanville. The shooting took place in Oak Cliff. I have corrected the story.
