Off-duty Dallas cop allegedly wields gun at, threatens to arrest motorist in road rage incident
A Dallas resident is alleging that a uniformed off-duty Dallas approached his car on Thursday with gun drawn, threatening to shoot and arrest him.
The incident occurred at 6:00 a.m. on I-35E when driver Troy Williams noticed the car behind him honking and flashing its lights. Williams pulled over, he says, and out runs Officer Anthony Leonard, whipping out his gun and hollering "I will shoot you if you cut me off again."
An investigation is underway.
