DART rail construction will make things miserable for fair goers
For those of you that haven't visited Fair Park since the State Fair last year, it's a mess. Good luck with that.

We have Summer Musicals season tickets and have been down there several times this summer. This mess is along all of the Parry Ave. side (closest and parallel to I-30). This is the entrance for the Women's Museum, the Music Hall, and the nearest entrance for the Centennial and Auto buildings. If you come at the grounds from that direction you will learn the meaning of "can't get there from here".
If you usually approach from a different direction the traffic and parking congestion will, of course, be trying to absorb those who finally figured out they couldn't jump the Parry Street moat.
We will be taking advantage of the DART light rail/shuttle bus connection, even though the last time we did that during the Fair we swore it would be the last time. Good luck, everybody. Y'all gonna need it.
