South Dallas to install surveillance cameras on streets
With unusual pomp and circumstance, the City of Dallas will officially activate seven video surveillance cameras today which will keep watch over the Jubilee Park neighborhood north of Fair Park. Mayor Tom Leppert, Police Chief David Kunkle, and other city dignitaries will be attendance for the unveiling, a show of force meant to indicate the city's commitment to cutting down on crime in the area.
