Chicas Locas strip club in Arlington loses alcohol license

ARLINGTON — The Chicas Locas strip club lost its liquor license after being cited for allowing a female under 18 to work and dance topless, and for fighting inside the club.
The FWST was on location Friday night, reporting that patrons were forced to go the brown-paper-bag route. The big question -- which the FWST did not answer -- is whether the dancers would be going totally nude, which would be a new possibility without alcohol sales. Oh MY.
The FWST also reveals that the official name of the venue -- which used to be a male strip club called LaBare -- is Chicas Locas Theatro Cena y Cuarto de Show para Adultos, or "crazy girls dinner theater and adult show room."
Area residents are hot to have this club go away permanently, and a petition has been made to the Texas Supreme Court.
