DeSoto to vote on legalizing sale of beer and wine on November 6
DESOTO — On November 6, DeSoto will hold a special election to vote on legalizing the sale of beer and wine. Residents will also vote on whether to do away with the Unicard-type membership program for diners who want to buy a mixed drink at a restaurant.
