UPDATED: Gloria Gigi White to fill Lancaster City Council vacancy
The vacancy was created in July when Kimberly Lankford resigned for personal reasons.
LANCASTER Business owner Gloria "Gigi" White won her race to fill the city council vacancy for District 6 with 100% of 78 votes cast - because she ran unopposed. The seat became vacant in July when Kimberly Lankford resigned for personal reasons. White's term expires in May.
