UPDATED: Gloria Gigi White to fill Lancaster City Council vacancy
The vacancy was created in July when Kimberly Lankford resigned for personal reasons.
LANCASTER — Business owner Gloria "Gigi" White won her race to fill the city council vacancy for District 6 with 100% of 78 votes cast - because she ran unopposed. The seat became vacant in July when Kimberly Lankford resigned for personal reasons. White's term expires in May.
