DART offers shuttle to State Fair

DALLAS — During the State Fair of Texas, fairgoers can catch a special shuttle from the Pearl Station to Fair Park. You can't use your monthly or daily passes, though -- cost for shuttle is $3 per person, cash only, so make sure to hit the ATM before you set out. With the ongoing Green Line construction project at Fair Park, however, $3 sounds like a bargain to me. And, hey, they'll even give you a $2-off coupon toward admission.
