Denton city council holds second public hearing on tax rate proposal
Damn taxes.
The Denton city council will hold a second public hearing this evening (Tuesday, Sept. 18) to listen to feedback from citizens relating to their proposal to raise the property tax rate for fiscal 2008 by 6.4 percent. The hearing will be held starting at 6:30 p.m. in City Hall at 215 E. McKinney Street.
