Fort Worth seminary sexism lawsuit may proceed, says judge
As reported, Sheri Klouda filed a lawsuit back in April claiming she lost her tenure-track position at Fort Worth's Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary because - well - she is a woman. Teaching men. And this (according to Ms. Klouda) was deemed a thing undeserving of professional encouragement by the seminary administration.
Now it seems her suit will proceed to trial without further attempts by the seminary's lawyers to block it with motions (of the legal variety, as opposed to this sort), since the judge hearing the arguments has disallowed the seminary's lawyers' arguments.
Let that be a lesson to them.
