North Dallas girl on the way to school struck by car in crosswalk
8-year-old's leg was broken in the incident.
An elementary school student on her way to classes at Donald H. Sheffield Primary School in North Dallas was struck by a motorist as she attempted to cross a street in the 18000 block of Kelly Boulevard on Monday morning (Sept. 17). Following the incident, police reassigned a guard to cover the intersection.
