Tarrant County College fall enrollment up by more than 8 percent
Fall enrollment at Tarrant County College is up by 8.87 percent as of September 12, the fall semester's official day of record. Total enrollment for the four campuses is 37,948.
Fall enrollments by campus to date are:
- South Campus 10,481 (up 6.7 percent)
- Northeast Campus 14,246 (up 8.3 percent)
- Northwest Campus 9.107 (up 12.6 percent)
- Southeast 11,574 (up 16.1 percent).
These figures do not represent enrollment of all fall semester offerings, which include two eight-week terms and other terms of varying length designed accommodate the needs of today’s students for maximum scheduling flexibility. Campus totals added together equal more than the district figure because some students enroll on more than one campus.
Registration for the second eight-week term this fall 2007 semester is under way through Oct. 22. For class schedule information visit the Web site.
