Parolee leads Dallas police on wild overnight chase
Suspect has a history of drug-related arrests.
Dallas police arrested and took into custody a man who led them on a wild chase after repeatedly ramming a squad car and kidnapping a woman from the drive-through of a Whataburger. The woman and another female occupant of the car (who was ejected when their assailant hijacked it) were not seriously injured, although the suspect apparently beat one of them as he continued to flee police in the vehicle.
It all began with a shoplifting incident at Wal Mart; no report of what the greeter said to the suspect on his way out the door.
