Meet the New Boss

DALLAS — The Dallas Cowboys squeaked out a nail-biter Sunday afternoon in Irving, barely escaping the Rams offensive onslaught in a 35-7 victory. Led by quarterback Tony Romo's three passing touchdowns --and ridiculously easy rushing touchdown-- the Cowboys improved their record to 4-0 for the first time since 1995, the last year they won a Superbowl.

The defining moment of the game came in the first half, when Romo could not handle a high snap on third-and-3, only catching up to the ball 33 yards behind the line of scrimmage. Romo scampered past several Rams defenders and ran for the first down and a little more, and the route was on.

Romo finished the game 21-for-33 for 339 yards, three touchdowns and an interception. Receiver Patrick Crayton had a career day, catching 7 passes for 184 yards and two touchdowns, including several key catches on third down.

The Cowboys limited the once-frightening Rams offense to a paltry 187 total yards, including a mere 125 yards through the air. The lone Rams touchdown came on a Dante Hall punt return in the second quarter.

A "nail-biter"? Seriously? And "Romo could not handle a high snap" that was hmm, I don't know, a good foot and a half above his head?

Sounds a little biased to me. Definitely doesn't sound like a Cowboy fan. And if not, then definitely not a good unbiased writer.

  1. If we had a good unbiased writer, we'd fire them post-haste before they got us lumped in with all those "legitimate" news sites.

  2. We're a big believer in this sort of reporting. We're bigger hometowners than you think.
