Pocket Sandwich Theatre is known in the community for their popcorn-tossing shows, where the audience can sit back, relax and show their disapproval of characters by throwing food at the stage. Sounds fun, doesn't it?
The company is about to open their newest comedy-spoof, Brandi The Vampire Staker which runs from April 4 - May 17. Count Vader, The Big Bad of Vampiredom, is revived after another long death, to resume his bloody conquest of mankind! Can one beautiful, slightly dim Valley Girl, armed only with a stake and unbelievable courage (we said she was slightly dim), thwart his evil plans? Well, like hey, dude, maybe…

Saw this with some friends last evening..and we howled with laughter the entire time! (and 3/5 of us were sober!) The cast is wonderful!!! and the script is loaded with laughs (and if you're a Buffyphile-and I really hope you are-you'll catch TONS of 'in jokes'). If you are (or know) the playwright, two thumbs waaay up and how 'bout a Veronica Mars treatment? Pretty please??? And if you are (or know) the actress portraying Brandi-LOVE THE DRESS. Looking forward to more from this talented bunch.
