Video Saturday: Church of Scientology protest
Just to clarify, this was a protest against the church, not by the church.
This is kind of old news, but still interesting enough. Who knew Dallas had an anti Church of Scientology group? A group called 'Anonymous' protested the Church of Scientology last February. I thought protesting any kind of religion is something we didn't do in this country, although they do explain in the video that they are protesting the "administration" that runs the Church of Scientology. At any rate, here is the great Church of Scientology protest of February '08.

Chris Kidd, says:
Laura, $cientology isnt a religion, its a business thats using a 501c3 tax exemption to make money. I can also make the same argurment for some christian churches as well, especially IBOC. But 10 times out of 10 when you ask the preacher about Jesus, he doesnt charge you at least fifty grand to tell you the story like the $cientologist do with Xenu and his evil alien exploits, nor do they sick business and trademark lawyers on you when you publish their scriptural canon either.

I just realized that I originally, mistakenly, put this story under the "Christianity" category, which to the best of my knowledge is not correct. Thanks for your comments, Chris.

Also, to the few who messaged me privately advising that I not say those cats are crazy...haven't been stabbed yet! But I truly appreciate your concern.
