Baby Back Shak, south of downtown Dallas, re-opens after January fire

DALLAS Baby Back Shak, the barbecue spot south of downtown Dallas that closed in January due to a fire, has re-opened, according to DallasFood.org. The observant Scott notes that the place sports new paint, a revised menu, and slightly higher prices; and that the restaurant was quiet at lunchtime, which will undoubtedly change now that he has broadcast its reopening.
