Grapevine shares tourism how-tos with West Lothian, Scotland
Representatives of Grapevine are in Scotland this very week, dancing and spreading their capitalism savvy.
Citizens of Grapevine are infiltrating West Lothian, Scotland this week to offer tips on how to build their tourism trade.
The two towns have formed an alliance called the West Lothian/Grapevine Twinning Association. Activity began on April 4 when the first delegation from Grapevine arrived in Scotland. A larger group -- including a high-school marching band -- is scheduled to return in June.
The West Lothians hope to brush up on their tourist-attracting skills by studying Grapevine’s expertise in "destination marketing" and "event management".
Click here for a freaky clip of a ceilidh on April 5 hosted by the West Lothian-Grapevine Twinning Association to welcome their Grapevine friends.
