Dennis Bailey takes Rockwall County Precinct 3 spot
It looks like former Heath Mayor Dennis Bailey will be filling the Rockwall County Precinct 3 commissioner's spot being vacated by Bruce Beaty, as he "easily defeated" his runoff opponent, Rockwall police Detective Randy Puckett, in voting on Tuesday (April 8).
