— The Fort Worth ISD has sent termination letters to more than 500 employees. Some will reach the end of their contract this summer and have not been recommended for renewal by the Human Resources department, while others may not be properly credentialed. However, teachers who expect to earn the proper credentials before this summer are working through their union to make sure the termination letters aren't part of their permanent record.
