Voter registrations must be postmarked Thursday for eligibility in May 2008 election
No sooner have we finished party runoffs for the November election than it's time for another vote -- this time in local elections. On May 10 North Texans will have a chance to approve bonds and elect new council and board members for various towns and school districts -- but only if they are registered by today. For information about registration, visit the Texas Secretary of State website where you can print your own voter registration application, then hustle to the post office. Registration forms must be postmarked today (April 10) in order for you to be eligible to vote in the May 10 election.
