Former Southlake principal gave improper aid to special ed students
Carroll Independent School District attorneys say that former Old Union Elementary principal Dr. Andra Barton gave improper aid to some special education students. Barton, who resigned last week, reportedly altered the classroom placement of some special ed students and the TAKS test-taking environment, which violated both special education laws and TAKS testing regulations.
