Cowboys still unsure which corporation’s name to slap onto new stadium

Email Print Tell us your story Comments (6)

The powers that be behind the Dallas Cowboys are continuing talks with national and international corporations in order to decide who among them will win the prestigious honor of having their name tacked onto the soon-to-be Cowboys Stadium in Arlington. Yes, in the year 2008 companies are still under the impression that spending millions of dollars to put their name on a place will actually make people want to drink a certain liquid or visit a certain website.

Apparently, AT&T is a front runner.

John, apparently only club seating is remotely available at the moment:

  • Prices for seats outside the Club Levels have not been established.

Seems you can inquire about suite info, but I'm sure they're waiting to see what demand looks like before deciding how many arms and legs should be charged.

Alas, it was actually an uncredited Erin Rice who created said image. Her loveliness knows no bounds.

I'm all for something like Preparation H. After all the people of Arlington will be needing something to dampen/relieve the pain of that project and all its related costs (While reaping none of the benefits) for many years to come!
