April 15 City of Heath council meeting agenda now posted
A meeting of the Heath City Council will be held on Tuesday, April 15 at 7:30 p.m. in City Hall, at 200 Laurence Drive.
The meeting will include a public hearing over the matter of whether to grant a zoning change to petitioner JBML, Inc., which entity plans to develop (given approval) a 43.608 acre tract of land currently zoned for agriculture into a subdivision of 38 single-family residences (i.e., "houses").
Tuesday's council meeting follows up on a meeting of the Heath Planning and Zoning Commission, which was held on Tuesday, April 8.
The property in question is situated on the northwest corner of the intersection of FM 1140 (Smirl Drive) and Terry Lane.
