Dallas Art Dealers Association Gallery Walk

Saturday, April 19, 2:00 – 8:00 p.m.

How many pieces of art can you see in six hours? Test your speed art appreciating skills when 32 member galleries open their doors for a variety of visual arts, including paintings, sculpture, photography, video and more. Panel discussions and a festive afterparty round out the day. Proceeds benefit the Edith Baker Art Scholarship.

Oak Cliff Earth Day

Sunday, April 20, 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Enjoy a day of earth-saving ideas and activities. Food, entertainment and art with a green bent will fill the park. Bring your old cell phones and ink cartridges for recycling, with money for each helping out the Chiapas Project. And for God’s sake, it’s Earth Day. Pick up after yourself and throw away your trash (then recycle the rest). Leashed pets (and children) welcome.
