On the eve of its opening event, the USA Film Festival folks have announced some additional attendees among the ranks of those involved in the production of movies that are part of the festival lineup.

These include:

* Sonny Carl Davis from The Whole Shootin' Match

* Trevor Markwart from They Wait

* Lou Perryman from The Whole Shootin' Match

Mr. Davis - a musician as well as a character actor - has appeared in Last Night at the Alamo (1983), Fast Times at Ridgemont High (1982) and Thelma & Louise (1991).

Trevor Markwart graduated from The Canadian Film Centre’s professional screenwriting program. His scripting credits include episodes of “The Outer Limits,” the short film Poe Lost Poe (which he also produced and directed) and the short film Bowzer (which he also produced, directed, and edited).

Lou Perryman cut his filmmaking teeth by working as a cinematographer, sound man and production manager, then decided to pursue acting and went on to appear in films such as The Whole Shootin’ Match (1979), Blues Brothers (1980), Poltergeist (1982) and Last Night at the Alamo (1983). Additionally, Perryman has acted in the plays The Time of Your Life, Fool for Love and In the West (which he co-wrote).
