Plano-based Perot Systems to acquire Germany’s HighQ-IT

PLANO — Perot Systems Corporation announced today that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire HighQ-IT for the manufacturing industry GmbH (HighQ-IT), a leading German IT services provider with SAP expertise.

The Munich-based company is one of nine special expertise partners in the automotive industry to be globally certified by SAP.

The acquisition is projected to close during the second quarter of this year following approval from the Federal Cartel Office in Germany. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
