Video: Mesquite teacher wins Dallas Mavericks’ “Teacher of the Year” award
Kelly Wolf, a deaf education teacher at Lawrence Elementary School in Mesquite, has been awarded one of the Dallas Mavericks' "Teacher of the Year" awards. Yeah yeah, the video is a little sappy, but Kelly Wolf obviously deserves a big pat on the back. Teachers these days take a lot of you-know-what from students (and sometimes parents), and it's nice to see one that gets the recognition she deserves.
While on the subject of kids (sort of), we all still behave like them sometimes. Like the people in the second video, which has nothing to do with Dallas except that it happened here. No one is too old for a little gross-out video here and there. Here's the background: Guy bets girl she won't eat 10 roaches for a trip to Mexico. Apparently he did do some research and special ordered the roaches so the girl wouldn't ingest pesticides or anything. The best part is when she drops one on the floor, catches the little sucker then picks it up and eats it.
Teacher in Mesquite is awesome
Mmm… tastes like chicken, only crunchier
Yes, you have just wasted another five minutes of your life watching youtube. Glad I could help.
