David Slick juggling 7 balls

On Sunday, August 10, 2008, David Slick will be making a record-breaking appearance at NRH2O Family Water Park in North Richland Hills. The professional juggler and entertainer has been amazing audiences with his skills since he was 16 years old. Now 22, he is hoping to break the world record for juggling three balls nonstop. The current record is held by Terry Cole, who was able to juggle for 11 hours, four minutes and 22 seconds in 1996. This is one of the longest standing juggling world records.

After over 130 hours of practice and unofficially breaking the world record in his dorm room on his birthday, David is ready to make it official with a public attempt. Over the years, the juggler has performed at hundreds of events in DFW and beyond. In addition to juggling, other skills include unicycle, stilt walking, magic tricks and many other performance acts. David is currently a senior in college majoring in elementary education.

David will be making his record breaking attempt in the Gift Shop at NRH2O.
