Dallas-based Paciugo Gelato featured on Food Network’s Unwrapped
Paciugo Gelato, the Dallas-based gelato mini-chain, is being featured on an episode of Food Network's Unwrapped, being aired this week and next.
The particular episode -- Episode CW1713 -- is called "Deep Freeze" and it made its debut on Monday August 11. The portion with Paciugo runs at the very end of the episode and shows owners Ugo and Cristiana Ginatta at the store on 5915 Forest Lane at Preston Road in Dallas, with Cristiana offering a demonstration by making a batch of gelato.

Got it on Tivo. I like Paciugo, but since they're not at Central Market anymore, or anywhere near me that I can get to AND park, I've defected to Natsumi. I hate to sound so disloyal, but Natsumi is better.
