FRISCO According to this story in the Dallas Business Journal, it appears not-quite-upstanding Frisco resident Gary Trebert has been sentenced to six years in prison for tax evasion and other crimes.
Trebert and two co-conspirators apparently used falsified documents to obtain control of some 70 nursing homes, skimming $4.1 million from employee payroll tax rolls. All three have been sentenced on multiple counts, including fraud, tax evasion and making false statements.
