Boudreaux’s Cajun Kitchen opening in Richardson in September, Arlington in December
Boudreaux's Cajun Kitchen will open the first of two Dallas-area branches in Richardson in September, with another branch coming to Arlington at the end of the year.
The Richardson branch will be at the new Eastside Centre at US 75 and Campbell Road, home also to a Panera Bread (whose sign has already gone up).
Boudreaux's, a chain-in-the-making from Houston, has jamabalaya, gumbo, shrimp Creole, crawfish etoufee, and po' boys with shrimp, catfish, and alligator.
The Arlington branch is at I-20 and Matlock, and is scheduled to open in December.
Thanks for tip from Richardson Echo.

Eastside will also be home to the next outpost of Twisted Root Burger Co. (www.twistedrootburgerco.com), which will open next door to Panera around the first of '09.

Twisted Root Burger is an exciting announcement. It's nice to see a locally owned restaurant going up, and even nicer to see restaurants that do NOT specialize in sandwiches, b/c that area west of 75 is Sandwich Shop Mecca.
Any news of other tenants at Eastside, non-food related? For some reason I can see a GAP going in there.
