Park Lane development, across North Central Expressway from NorthPark Center, claims Kosmos Energy
DALLAS — Park Lane, a 33.5-acre mixed-use development under construction in Dallas, has signed a lease for about 50,000 square feet of office space with Kosmos Energy.
The development is scheduled to open in the spring of 2009.
