FC Dallas announced that Brazilian-forward Ricardinho has been released and will return to his original team, Clube Atletico Paranaense.
Dallas acquired Ricardinho on loan from Atletico Paranaense in July 2007, making him the first-ever player exchanged between the two partner-clubs. The 20-year-old appeared in 15 regular season games with FCD, making four starts and registering two assists.
FC Dallas and Atletico Paranaense formed a partnership in 2006 which provides the opportunity to loan players, exchange business practices, use facilities, and host friendly matches against one another.
