Metro Diner in Dallas’ Preston Center closing Friday August 22
Oh it's been open a long time oh sad oh place that nobody hardly ever went to anyway oh awful oh oh.
Metro Diner in Dallas' Preston Center is closing on Friday August 22. A new owner of the property raised the rent so they're leaving. The restaurant opened in 1963. Owner Wayne Adams says it best: "The place is held together by grease." His family also owns the Metro Diner on Gaston Ave., Wayne’s Beckley Grill, and Pitt Grill none of which are closing.
